WE TAKE SAFEGUARDING SERIOUSLY
We do everything to ensure the health, safety and well-being of our learners, Young People and employees.
Safeguarding Matters
All Children and Young People have the right to be protected from mental or physical abuse and neglect. Our 'best practice' policy in safeguarding means that we are committed to both a legal and moral responsibility to ensure that all young people we work with are safe.
Signposting for children and young people

CEOP helps any child or young person under the age of 18 who is being pressured, forced or tricked into taking part in sexual activity of any kind.

This can be something that has taken place either online or in ‘the real world’, or both. The CEOP Safety Centre has clear information and advice on what can be reported to CEOP, the reporting process and what will happen if you do decide to make a report. You can visit the CEOP Safety Centre and make a report directly to CEOP by clicking the Click CEOP button below.
Progression
Pro Youth feel it is essential to get to know all the Young People they work with well, forging trusting, professional relationships. We feel that by showing unconditional positive regard, taking the time to build rapport and being genuinely interested in each individual is invaluable to building self esteem, resilience and confidence. Our approach supports progression and helps to transition young people to a positive destination.
